Before I became a fourth grader I had to go to kindergarten, 1st, 2nd,and on.
I started kindergarten in Arctic Light. The kindergarten teacher was Mrs. Stiller. That was my favorite teacher. I always wanted to stay in that class but I had to move on.

My next teacher was Mrs. Curtis. She was a nice first grade teacher. She had these little bookmarks with our names on it. If we got three of those bookmarks then the teacher had to call our parents. If we had to bookmarks then it was a ten minute time out. If we got one of those bookmarks then we had a warning. The colors were red, blue, and green. Green was for a warning, blue was for a time out, and red was for a call to parents. I think I got three or four red bookmarks. All I am trying to say that Mrs. Curtis was a good teacher.

Band is fun.
And a little hard.
Never say I quit.
Do your best.
Concerts are fun too.
Over and over you play a instrument at concerts.
Never give up.
Concentrate.
Everyone will listen.
Renew your mind.

The last time I had a fire was when I was on post. It was early in the morning. We had to go drop my dad off at work. Before we took him to work we noticed that the moon was red. My mom said can you see the moon.

We looked at the moon for a moment then we smelled something burning. All of a sudden we saw smoke rising up from the woods. Me, my mom, my dad, and my brother noticed that there was a fire. But thank God we're safe.

The next day we saw the moon was red again. It was another fire. So then we pulled over the car and we went to see what was going on. There were firemen working together to put out the fire. Later that day we heard thunder and lighting. My mom said go cut all the lights out, cut the television off, and don't turn on anything that has electric. So we came back down the stairs and we all sat in the living room.

My home town is South Carolina. My dad is from Gilbert and my mom is from Columbia. I think Columbia and Gilbert is near Lexington because if you look in the atlas or a map then you would see Gilbert and Columbia near Lexington. I don’t remember when I was a baby but I remember my Papa Roger's van. He always drove me around when my mom and dad said it was okay. The place that I really liked was golden carral. My mom and dad said that I always wanted what they wanted. If I had something different from what they had then I would start crying. I really like South Carolina.

If you go to this website called THE BEST REASON TO PLAY DRUMS it would tell you about different kinds of drums. Also it will tell you about the different snares.

The snare that I really like was the piccolo snare because it has a kind of high pitch and I like the high pitch sound. The best snare that I really like is the black piccolo snare because, one, I like the color, and two, I like the sound that it has. The black piccolo snare is the highest snare in the piccolo family. I know what I'm saying because I play the drums. Not all the drums that I like are piccolo snares. There is Hot Head, Piccolo like I was saying, Remo, and different other snares. I like to play drums.

Yesterday Eric and Robinson came from the Daily News Miner to write a story about our website. When they got in the classroom they introduced themselves. Some of the kids in the classroom asked questions and Mr. Robinson had some good answers to the questions. Next we got to work, and they asked some of us questions. When Mr. Duffy came to my desk he asked me a few questions. He asked me if I was a hard worker. I told him I'll do some work but I'm not a hard worker. I showed him a little bit of the website and he liked it. Yesterday was really fun.

Once when my dad was sick he told us that we were in charge of the house. My mom wasn't home but my dad was sick. My mom was at a meeting.

I went downstairs and I got him something to drink. He told me that if he needed anything that he would call me. My brother and I was worried because he was really sick. We thought that he was never going to get better but everything worked out. Next thing I saw was my mom coming in with a lot of grocieries. I asked her did she need any help. She said that there were some grocieries in the trunk of the car. I got the groceries out the car and she said thank you. She also told me to check in the car one more time to see if I left any grocieries in the car. There were two bags in the trunk. So I told my mom there were two bags in the car. We both laughed. Then I went to my room.

The reason why I'm telling about my life is because I have no friends. And also it is because people or kids think I am not their kind of formality. So what I do is ether play by myself or play with my brother. I am not saying I don't like the school. It's just that I'm carrying grudges from the past. I guess if I play by myself then that would make things better.

What I think responsibility is setting a example for others. One example is like cleaning up your room. Some parents let their kids go with a messy room. But my parents always tell me to clean my room or when I get home from school I'll have to clean it all over again.

The website that me and my class went to was about spinners. We could change the colors to what color we liked.

What I learned was about probability. And that you could think that it is going to land on blue or green but then you notice that they are not that far away from each other. What I also learned is That you don't think that it is going to land on that color but sometimes you're in luck.I really had fun.

This website was saying the nine planets in the solar system circles around the sun. Then it said that the nine planets go around the same way. They go counter clock wise. The planets also look down from the sun in the north pole.

The four planets that are in the inner core are mercury, earth, venus, and mars. They are the closest to the sun.

The outer planets are jupiter, pluto, neptune, saturn, and uranus. Those planets are the outer planets.

I learned all this stuff from the website on the begining of the paragraph.

The day I got my earring was when my family went and I went to the movies. Before we went to the movies I told my dad that I wanted one. I thought he was going to go wild, but he didn't even get mad. I am glad I have one.

THE THREE FIRE MEN part 2
chapter 1
The three firemen thought that they were done but they had another mission on their hands.

Now there were only two fire men. One of the fire men were missing. The two firemen that were still together put up signs to let the people know that if they see the missing fireman call this number

They still didn't get a answer from the people that were there. Not even one single person. So they got tired of people not telling the truth because there were some lying people in there world.
chapter 4
They decided to go to the underworld. But they didn't know how to get there. So they started to dig holes. One of the firemen said,"this is going to take forever." So they went back to their house, they found a spell to get to the under world.

My New Computer Chelsea wrote about her new computer. She said it took weeks to get it set up. But she said it was fun too.

There were three fireman. They were the nicest firemen. But then there was a fire boy. He always said he'll huff, and puff, and I'll burn you down with fire. So the three firemen didn't know what to do.

One fireman said, that "we could run over him with a fire truck." So they tried the first idea. The first idea didn't work so well because the fire boy wouldn't get hurt. All the fire boy would do was burn up the tires. So then they went to the next idea.

The second idea was by the second fireman. He said,"we could throw some blocks at the fire boy." So they tried the second idea. That didn't work because the blocks went right through the fire boy and the fire boy would have more than enough blocks to burn up and throw them at the three firemen. So they went to the third idea.

I think that the dream is still alive because the people in the world, well some people in the world, are trying to have peace. If you go back to the times when Martin Luther King was around, everything wasn't going all the way right. They did some weird things like letting black people do the nasty jobs or the black people had to sit on the back of the bus. But when Martin came he said, "There needs to be peace." So black people got to do different things with white people. There were also some times when they went off track a little bit. But they went on with what they were doing. That's what my poster is about.

Once there were 10 kids in school. They were the best students in the class. One time this one kid got mad because the other kids were bothering him. So the teacher came in and the whole class was quiet. The kids did that because they didn't want to get in trouble. They were a good class.
