I went to Ladd elementary school with my class. The Alaska room is at Ladd Elementary. We went there to learn about Alaskan Natives. We made necklaces, hats, and bow and arrow carriers. We also played a game.

I made an Athabascan bow and arrow carrier. I used a needle and thread to sew beads on it. I also used glue to put flowers and leaves on it.

I made an Inuit necklace. It was made out of string, cloth, and buttons. I sewed buttons on it and glued the string onto the necklace.

Then I made an Aleut hat. It was made out of paper, but the Aleuts made theirs out of wood. I colored it with markers. I drew an Eagle on the hat. I put feathers on it too.
