Our Field Trip

On our field trip on Thursday was fun. We found out a lot of stuff. One thing was that the higher you go into the hill the smaller the trees get. I think the trees get smaller because it gets colder and it harder for the trees to live. That's just what I think. There wasn't a lot of trees but there was still some but it was mostly bushes.

The temperature and the air pressure both went down. But the air speed went up. I think it was more windy because in town there are hills surrounding us so the wind can't be as strong. But on the hills there aren't any things surrounding us so it gets more windy. And there are lots of trees so the wind can't really get to us unless it's really windy.

I think it was fun when we got to sit on the huge rocks! I think it was also fun when we got to eat lunch on the big rock. It was funny then there was a mud puddle and Sam almost fell into the puddle like 10 times in a row. He didn't fall in though. He started really laughing. I almost fell into the puddles too but I didn't; I just got my shoes all dirty.
