Tree

I think that if were on the top of a tree, I would look around. I would see the way that everything looks. The world would be a piece of art. I would look at the sky and see shadows from the ground and see twigs from trees looking over sized.

Stores would look like wonderlands of colors. Boys and girls running from rack to rack looking for toys. Parents in the food section while stopping to thank employees. Grandmas and grandpas looking at paint for their grandsons and granddaughters new rooms.

Day cares would look like a place for monkeys who can not find their bananas. Toddlers looking for friends who they can trust with their secrets about things as silly as how they hid their big sister’s friend’s floam.

Denali Mountain would look like mountains of foam. The people climbing it would look like dolls and all dogs would look like stuffed animals. Cats would look like ants and their meow would sound like a tea pot.

But for now I will just stay on the ground and keep Imagining how it would be up in that big tree in my best friend’s backyard.
