Shrub, Tree and Herb Project

Our teacher, Mr.Noon, said that we had to make a field guide of three certain kinds of plants. One would be trees, two would be shrubs, and three would be herbs. The first thing we did was the sketching. We had to find a plant that would be in Fairbanks, Alaska that was in the guide. The plant that I chose for the two trees pages would be the birch tree and the black spruce. Then I chose the prickly rose and the labador tea. For my third one I chose the squirrel tailed grass and the fire weed. After I got done we had to go search for the plant to get a sample of the plant that we need to to comeplete the field guide. Then when I went to pick my best friend Rory comes and help me pick out the right plants for my guide.
