Greek ships.
I found out that the Greeks had a ship called the trireme. In the fifth century it was the typical warship. It carried 170 rowers on three banks of 14 foot oars and 30 crew members and around 15 hoplites. They ram into the enemy's boat.
In battle the strategy was to ram into the other boat and then they shot arrows and spears at the people on the other boat.
The Athenians had a better navy than the other Greeks.
I think their ships look like they are for show, more decorated than warships should be. I wonder why their boats are so long?
