Time Machine

TIME MACHINE 2-12-08

One day I was watching tv and a show came on. It was a little kid show called "The Little Einsteins." I was going to change the channel, but it was talking about time travel, so I watched. The little kids were making a time machine.

However it did not work, so they were very sad. I thought it would be cool to make a time machine. Later I went to the hardware store and got a bunch of wires and other gadgets.

I remembered from the movie "Napolien Dynamite" that I should not buy any stuff with crystals. Next I put it together, or I tried to. After 3 and a half years, I got it all together. I was so happy I jumped straight into it, and I accidentally pressed a button. It turned on! I started screaming! I closed my eyes. When I opened them, I was confused, I was in the theaters watching Jaws!

I was back before I was born! I tried walkig out of the theater but I couldn't. It was as if there was a invisible door in front of me. I was trapped. But then I saw a portal in front of me. I jumped into it. I came back to the time machine.

I found out why I went to the movies. The knob I put on was set to old movies. I turned the knob and it broke off! It said I had 5 seconds to get away!

I did and it blew up. I was sad it broke, but I still thought it was cool, and I was gad I didn't end up like Napolion Dynamite.
