The day I talked to a rabbit

Once a few years ago I was walking around and I must have wandered off into the forest. I was lost for a long time. I had almost given up hope until I stumbled upon a little hare. I stopped to pet it. The hare was incredibly cute. It was so cute that I decided to take it with me to look for a way out of the forest. I was starting to get a little lonesome talking to no one so I started talking to the rabbit in my arms.

I said,"hello Mr. Hare. This is some fine weather we are having today, isn't it?”

Then I was startled to hear that the rabbit replied. I was so startled that I accidentally dropped the rabbit on the ground. Then the rabbit said, "why would you drop me? I thought we were friends."

"We still are but I'm not used to talking to rabbits!" I said.

"Well then time to get down to work" said the little rabbit. "You have 3 wishes."

"What do you mean Mr. Rabbit" I said.

"Stop calling me "Mr. Rabbit." My name is Harry Rabbit," said Harry, as he fluffed his fur a little.

"Ok let me get things straight. You’re a talking rabbit named Harry and you’re going to grant me three wishes."

"That sounds about right," said Harry.

"I can't wait to show you to my family. They’re going to be so surprised that grandpa might fall over dead."

"No, No, No, you can’t show me to your family. You can’t show me to anyone!"

"Why not?"

"Just tell me what you want to wish for."

"Well...I wish to get out of this stupid forest."

"Ok so be it."

Then with a twitch of his little nose, I was out of the forest. I was really surprised to see that we were out of the forest even though the rabbit said that he was magic.Then Harry said that he wants me to make two more wishes.

"Don't ask me. You're a smart girl. Think of something yourself," said the rabbit in an annoying voice.

"Well then you don't have to be mean about it."

"Just make another wish."

"Ok, ok, " I said. "I wish I had my own magic bunny that I can keep for ever and pass down from generation to generation."

"If that is what you want then that is what you will get," said Harry. Then appearing before me was another adorable rabbit who said it's name was Haily. I tried to turn around to say thank you to Harry, but he was gone and I never saw him again.
