About Fairbanks, Ak

Our class lives in Fairbanks, Ak. The population of Fairbanks is about 84,000. The total population of Alaska is 612,400. Fairbanks is kinda big but Anchorage is bigger. Anchorage's population is about 259,000

The Animals we have are Black Bears, Grizzly Bears, Brown Bears . We also have Moose, some foxes, caribou. But those are just the wild animals.
One time when I was at my grandmas cabin I saw a bear. Im not sure what kind of bear it was though. I didn't see the bear up close though it was in the distance. Bears aren't seen a lot. But moose are seen a little bit more than bears. Most people in Fairbanks seen a moose. One time in the morning me and my mom were driving in the morning and we went to my aunts house and there was a moose right next to my aunts house sleeping. I got like really close to it to. I didn't mean to get really close to it though. I didn't even know it was there. It freaked me and my mom out! It was actually touching the house to. I also seen a baby fox. I saw the baby fox when I was riding in the car with my grandma. The baby fox was so cute! If people ride buy the UAF they can see them so I've seen them to.

The most dangerous animal in alaska is the grizzly bear. The grizzly bear is the biggest bear out of the black bears and the Brown bears.

The sports that most people play are Hockey and Football. But some people play volleyball, basketball, Tennis and sports to. But more people play hockey than the other sports. The sport that I play is Basketball. But I like to watch football and hockey games. I like to go to hockey games because sometime the players get into big fights. The last hockey game I went to the hockey players got into a fight with the refs. It was really funny. But thats not the only reason I go to watch them. I like to go to football games because my friends and cousins play so it really fun to watch.

Our biggest Mountain is Mt. McKinley. Mt. McKinley is 7,500 ft tall. Mt. McKinley is the largest mountain in North America. Over 450 people climbed Mt. McKinley I've seen Mt. McKinley but not up close I've only seen it in the distance.
