A Monster is Born

"Look out! It's the monster!"

"Raaaaaaaaugh!"

"Oops, sorry. I started in the wrong place. I should tell you the story from the beginning."

I was working in my lab and I put the last piece on. "I done it! My invention is finely complete! I shall be known as the greatest mad scientist ever! My name will be known throughout the universe! I have figured out how to reverse the aging process, and all I had to do was harness the power of 25 nuclear power plants!"

"I don't mean to be a bother sir, but I already know all this. I have been your faithful assistant for 13 years." my elderly assistant Edgar."

"Yes, I know Edgar, I wasn't talking to you."

"Then who were you talking to? I'm the only one here."

"I was talking to myself. All mad scientist do it."

"Oh. Sorry sir."

"Edgar."

"Yes sir?"

"Find me an old willing person. I need to test out my invention."

"I you don't mind I'd like to test it out. I'm getting a little long in the tooth myself."

"Okay, but don't expect too much."

"Of course, sir."

Edgar gets into the machine and I turn it on.

The machine starts to hum, you can smell smoke in the air. A bolt of electricity fries my hair. "This isn't happening! It's not supposed to do this!" I reach in and start to pull Edgar out of the machine. "Edgar get out!"

But it's to late, Edgar and I are now both stuck in the machine! After a terrifying flash Edgar and I got out of the machine and realized we were okay. We started laughing and dancing around. I patted Edgar on the back but then I couldn't take my hand off. I started to convulse and Edgar and I morphed into a hidious monter! It was over nine feet tall and had a scaley, thick hide. The monster ran over too the power plants and destroyed 3 of them! The waste of the destroyed power plants spilled all over the monster, burning it, and disfiguring it even more, and making it VERY ANGRY! The monster ran into the city...
