The garden poem

By Dawnstar - Posted on 21 January 2010

I made a garden for you to see.
I planted roses for you to smell.
I grew ripe strabaries for you to taste.
I got you some birds for to hear.
I grew soft grass for you to feel.
But you did not feel my grass,
and you did not hear the birds,
and you did not taste the strabaries,
and you did not smell my roses,
and you never saw my garden.

I think that poem is really good but what does it mean? I think people would understand it more if you told them what it means.
