A Christmas Story
Last Christmas I went to Wrangle, Alaska. That is where my Grandpa lives. My family took the milk run down there. The milk run means you stop at every town on the way. On the Anchorage flight I saw Wyatt. When I got there my Grandparents picked us up at the airport. Then they took us to there house.
When I was there I got to go shooting at the shooting range, and they live right next to the ocean. So we walked the beach a lot. We took so many pictures. There were huge rocks covered in stuff from the sea. When we went down to the docks. The boats there are so big. Some are sail boats, cabin boats, clam fishing boats, and a lot more. I got to go on a hike through rainbow falls. It was so cool. At the top of the hill there was a huge water fall.
My grandparents have two cats and a dog. One of the cats farts, and it stinks. On the third day my mom wrapped presents when the rest of us went and walked the beach. We got to open one present that night because it was Christmas Eve. On Christmas day we opened the rest of our presents. I got so much stuff. I got a snowboard, some rockets, two wooden float planes, a remote controlled airplane, and a lot more. After that we played. Then we packed all our gifts and clothes. We went to bed, and in the morning we got on a airplane and went home.
On the flight home we did the milk run again. On the flight to Anchorage the plane hit a air pocket and it dropped five hundred feet. We went from 30,000 feet to 29,500 feet, then back to 30,000 feet. On the plane in Anchorage I got to sit in the pilots seat. and my dad took a picture. The flight to Fairbanks was just fine. I was happy to be back home.
When I got to my house I started to play with all my presents, and my cats were happy that I was home.
