Bedeviled

I am reading a book called Bedeviled. It is about a girl named Angel who is in middle school and her favorite band comes to Goodville. And the reason her mom picked that place is because the name is GOODville with a capital GOOD. Her mom likes small towns that no one notices.

And when Angel finds out she can't go to the concert she is shocked. And she was so mad she stormed out the door and went to her room, and a few hours later she asked again and again, and her mom got tired of it so she said you can go to the concert.

And when Angel kept saying YES! Now I can take Gabi. And when she was singing she did a crazy dance and that's where she heard her mom say in such a soft voice, You can go with me.

And all of a sudden she stopped dancing and turned to her mom and said WHAT!

"Yes, you can go with me.

NO. NO. NO! I cant go with you. Everyone else isn't going with someone.

"Well that's their parents decision, not their's. So do you want to go or not?"

NO.

Ok.

And just as fast as the tickets were made they were destroyed. Because she ripped the tickets up right in front of Angel's face. And Angel ran out the door and ran to school. She forgot her backpack and ran to her friend's house and told Gabi what happened, and Gabi felt sorry for her. And when she got home, she wanted to apologize to her mom.And she said she was sorry.

And her mom said that's Ok Angel.

Angel said, And when they were hugging a strange smoke come upon the ground and a man appeared; he called himself Lucifer, and somehow my mom knew him, but she never spoke of him. And she always speaks of all the men she knows. But somehow he was different.

"Lucifer what are you doing here?" asked her mom.

"I am here to claim what is mine"

"No you said not until she was 18"

Wait they must be talking about me, said Angel. And just out of the blue, Angel said, Who are you.

"Why, I am your father"

My father. And at all of a sudden Angel started to move closer and closer like she was under a spell. And then her mom screamed out,

"No Angel don't do it"

And then Angel stopped and she ran up to her room and slammed the door and screamed and her mom said, "Maybe you need to let her soak this in for a while".

"Ok but I will be back for her"

And then that strange smoke appeared again and he disappeared again. And that's all I have read so far, but I am sure I am going to read more.
