Fly on the Wall

By Bluepandaspy - Posted on 02 November 2009

For the past 2 weeks my class was getting dropped off around the school to observe things around the school. I think that a fly on the wall is when you sit or stand somewhere and then observe the things that are happening around you. That is what we did in our school.

I was in 3 different places. The first place i was in was the doorway of the back of the school where everyone comes in from recess. When it seems like the place is empty and not high-traffic it is. When I was there I could see everyone go down the stairs and I could see the main part of the school.

The second place that I was at was underneath the fire extinguisher. It was in the hall. That wasn't the most exiting area but it still had movement. Mrs. Shira said, "Hi," and then I said, "Hi," back. There was also some tool men talking about how they could fix the door in Mrs. Reabold's class. When we were almost done I saw Mr. Noon coming down the hall.

The third place I was at was the chair in front of the counselor's office. I didn't think that the place was very busy but it wasn't so boring that I didn't get any notes. Some of my notes were about how Mrs. Harmon was teaching her class how to write and Mr. Wortman's room smells like cardboard because he just ordered vests for peace keepers. I was going to write down that I didn't like writing in chairs and that they weren't very comfy but I didn't think that it was very important.

When we first did fly on the wall I thought that he was going to put us in fly suits and then stick us to the wall! Just kidding. But what I really thought was that it wouldn't be so fun because we had to do work. When I finally did it I found out that it was fun!
