My Trip To Florida

Hi. I am here to tell you about my trip to Florida! Well first of all, I went with just my sister and my cousin. That's right; NO PARENTS! The plane ride was so boring. There were two flights. In all, it took twelve hours to get there!

When we got there, our grandparents picked us up from the airport and we went to their property in the country. They have an awesome pool. My cousin and I swam in it all the time. Then, a few days later, one of my cousins that lives in Florida came to my grandparents' house with his mom. He went swimming with us too.

Well. that cousin went back home with his mom. A few days later, we swam with manatees! We got to go underwater and touch them. They felt really weird. That might have been the most fun part of this trip.

A couple days later, we drove to St Pt. I have an aunt, two uncles, and my cousin and aunt that I told you about earlier. We did so much fun stuff there. We went to Adventure Island. It is a very fun water park. We also went to a place called Busch Gardens. It is a coaster and show park. It was very fun. We hang out in St. Pt. for a few days just to hang out with our family.

Then, a couple days later, we went to Orlando... the best part! We rented a house/hotel. The day after we got there, we had to get up really early because we went zip lining. It was SO fun! We were hooked on to harnesses and we zipped down a line. We were like REALLY high off the ground. That was one of the most fun parts of my trip. When we got to the house hotel thing, we went swimming at their pool. It has a slide and a lazy river. The slide was lots of fun. My two cousins and I went on the slide a lot. We learned how to go down it standing up! We were very tired so we went right to bed.

The next day, we went to Universal Studios. That is a park with mainly shows and a couple of fun rides. There was one there called The Mummy. You go backwards in part of it. That is the best part of that ride. There was also a ride called Jaws. It was based on the movie Jaws. It is a ride where you are on a boat and Jaws tried to sink it. There were lots of fun shows there.

The next day, we went to Islands Of Adventure. That is part of Universal Studios. Islands Of Adventure is a park with lots of rides. There was one called The Hulk. It was the best ride there. When you are about half way up the chain, it launches you when you aren't expecting it. There was another ride there called Dr. Doom's Free fall. It was also fun. We saw a couple shows there too. It was a fun place.

Then sadly, we had to go home the next day. So we came to the house from Islands Of Adventure to pack. The next morning, we had to wake up at five in the morning to go to the airport. Then we left. So sad. Then two days later we had to go to SCHOOL. That's my trip to Florida.
