I think that a oil company, Exxon, should pay for the oil spill they caused. The reason I think they should pay because of what happened in Prince William Sound. What happened is that the Exxon Oil Company hired a drunk driver that was driving the oil ship and crashed into a reef and lost over 10 million gallons of oil.

They did not start to do any thing with it for at lest three days. by ten the oil spill had spread up to 40 miles.

In a lot of these stories, I realized a lot of people are affected by lots of it. I think it is sad that people get loses of what they like. In one story a ship lost 53 million gallons of oil and tons of animals are also affected like when birds land in the oil they can not get out. I think it is sad that some of them do not make it. When people are affected, it is mostly when they can not get food because of the fish. I hope there is no more oil spills.

I found out that a god named Zeus was a sky god and he was on the coins of Greeks. He was the supreme god and ruler of Olympus, where all the gods lived. He was known by many names like god of sky, the cloud-gatherer, the rain-god, and Zeus the thunder.

TIME MACHINE 2-12-08

One day I was watching tv and a show came on. It was a little kid show called "The Little Einsteins." I was going to change the channel, but it was talking about time travel, so I watched. The little kids were making a time machine.

However it did not work, so they were very sad. I thought it would be cool to make a time machine. Later I went to the hardware store and got a bunch of wires and other gadgets.

One day I went to a park to play baseball with my friend. I pitched the ball to him and he hit the ball out of the park. I ran all the way to the fence to go get the ball. I told my friend I was going to go get the ball but he stopped me. He told me not to go in the woods. I turned around and I saw the ball lying in the middle of the woods.

I said It is o.k. I'll get it. So I hopped the fence and went to go get it. When I got closer I saw something ripping the ball apart. It was really small. I screamed and said what are you.

This Monday I got a finger trap. It looked like it would be really really hard to get it off but it was easy. All you have do do is push your fingers together and use your fingers to pull it off. It is really easy. When my sister tried it she couldn't get it off. I thought it was funny.

Money is good and bad. By good I mean you can buy food and stuff you want. Most people use money to pay bills . Sometimes bad stuff happens with bills. Sometimes you don't have enough money or you're in line at a store and you don't have enough money. I think money is good and bad.

One time at my home I had to work hard by scraping dog hair out of the stairs to get some money. It took me almost an hour to do it. After I finished I got my money. But my older sister wanted money and got money for doing nothing. I thought it was unfair that I worked really hard while my sister just watched t.v. all day.

Small Steps

The book I am reading is Small Steps by Louis Sachar. This book is about a boy named Theodore with a nickname, Armpit. He was released from a prison two years ago called Camp Green Lake. That is where he met his friend X-ray. X-ray is always getting into trouble.

I like iPod nanos because you don't have to bring cd,s or a big or a big circle. It has songs, music videos, stop watch and a lot more. You should get one.

One of my dogs name is Scamper he is a huge dog. My other dog's name is Joker. He is a small dog compared to my other dog. They like to fight a lot and bite each other. Joker is a wimp because when Scamper tries to attack Joker he falls on the ground on his back and cries until he goes away. Then he bites him.

A couple of years ago I went sledding at University School. It is really tall and you go down fast. One time I went down but I was spinning so I crashed into a lot of people and knocked them off their sleds and snow boards. Another time I went down backwards and I went of a big lump and fell of and hit the ground and flipped and rolled down the hill. It was pretty fun though. I'm going this year again. I hope it is as fun as last year.

The part of the brain I am writing about is the frontal lobe. One thing I learned about the lobe is that it controls parts of your body movement. It's in front of your brain.

The frontal lobe weighs 3 pounds all together. It looks like the brain is squished up when you see it in pictures but when you really see a brain it looks less squished up.

One day I had to stay home because I had a fractured foot so I didn't go on the field trip.

I got up about 8:00 and got some breakfast and went back to bed. Then I got up at 11:00 and ate lunch and started to read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows #7. I tried exercises for my feet and my ankles. I needed to rotate them and elevate my feet 10 times a day and 4 sets of them a day.

In the summer of 2007, I went to see The Simpsons movie. I was glad I was going to see the movie. The movie was about Homer dumps toxic waste in to lake Springfield (so Homer could get to the doughnut shop). After a while the E.P.A (people) decides to put a huge dome over Springfield.

Two weeks ago we went to the woods. We were looking for shrubs, trees,and other plants. We founed a lot of leaves that I have not seen before. I hope we do this again.
