Halloween
On Halloween night at seven o'clock my mom, dad, and my brothers went to a Halloween harvest festival at my church. We had gotten there early so my mom and dad said to stay upstairs and then they went down stairs to the kitchen. We waited there for about five minutes then we heard someone come up the stairs. It was the pastor and he had saw us sitting there and said, “Come on down stairs and enjoy the party.” Then we had gone down stairs to the kitchen and the fellow ship hall.

People know to dress up for Halloween every time. you see it everywhere you go. People love to dress up for Halloween because it is fun, spooky, and you get free candy on Halloween, reciting the three magic words ....TRICK OR TREAT!!! That would be the saying that people come to your doors asking for candy.

Now when you are in a costume trick or treating, it is way different.

Our teacher, Mr.Noon, said that we had to make a field guide of three certain kinds of plants. One would be trees, two would be shrubs, and three would be herbs. The first thing we did was the sketching. We had to find a plant that would be in Fairbanks, Alaska that was in the guide. The plant that I chose for the two trees pages would be the birch tree and the black spruce. Then I chose the prickly rose and the labador tea. For my third one I chose the squirrel tailed grass and the fire weed.
