I agree with people when they say that Alaska's boring. Man, it is. There's no beaches, no malls, no surfing, and it's so cold here that it’s like we live in igloos. I wrestle polar bears every day walking to school, and use penguins to sled down hills. The penguins tried to take over Alaska, but it didn't work, it was sort of like Lord of the Rings, but but ten times colder. I’m just kidding, but that would be cool. You can go hunting, fishing, and sledding. We have awesome lakes and woods to run in. The most beautiful times up here are fall and spring.

Prince William Sound was once a beautiful place with fish and birds but Exxon took that away when the Exxon Valdez crashed into a reef in 1989. It ruined the people’s lives and the animals, too. The crash could have been prevented but Exxon hired a man with an alcohol addiction. That was a bad decision.

The fish and the birds died. They were living things, too, and so many fish died the fishermen got only half as much money as they used to, and only caught half as many fish.

There's a story about a a titan named Cronus and his father. His father had a bad habit of eating his children and Cronus kills him and he has a kid named Zeus that is the god of the sky. Cronus thinks that Zeus will kill him and wants to kill him but Zeus kills Cronus. So Cronus is the king of the gods.

I built a transforming device that lets me transform into any thing I want. The first thing I turned into is a dragon. Dragons are some of my favorite creatures. I was flying through the air when I was hit by an arrow. I went tumbling down, hit my head and a rock knocked me out. After that every thing went black. I woke up in a dungeon cell. The castle was huge and peaceful and strangely quiet. After a few weeks I started to get a little hungry and thirsty. Then a young man came in to my cell to clean it. His name was Josh.

Last Friday I went to a hockey game with my family. We got there and showed the lady our tickets. Then we went inside. We went to our seats and sat there until the game started. When the game starts it's really loud and sometimes I have to plug my ears. I know how to get around that place very well and it's fun walking around. The end of the game ended like this: It was 3 to 2 and the other team pulled their goalie and the Nanooks were about to score and they did. The game ended with the score 4 to 2. It was really exciting.

I really like music. It’s really cool. Me and my class went to see a band and it was fantastic. When me and my class got there we went up stairs and we got to sit on the balcony. We sat there for awhile and when it started everyone was really excited. A man came on stage and the first thing they did was they played two songs. Then they told us about themselves and they are brothers and sisters. One girl could play the violin upside down and in between her legs. It was really cool. I’m glad my teacher brought me to the show.

When I’m at home and my little sister gets into trouble I’m the one my parents blame. When I try to tell her it's not my fault she yells at me even more. It can get really annoying sometimes and when she says she saw me she actually didn't see me at all.

One time my little sister was throwing snow balls at the house and my mom came out and yelled at me for it. I was so mad at my little sister. She was hiding the whole time I was geting yelled at. It really ticked me off.

There is a book I'm reading its called the edge chronicles. The main character is a boy named twig and he was raised by woodtrolls. he gos on adventure to look for his real parents and goes through lots of wacky situations.

Theres this beast called the glozglomer and theres a path that all the young woodtrolls are taut to stay on and theres a saying that if you stray from the path the glozaglomer will get you and twig isent a woodtroll and he strays from the path.

One time when I was trick or treating with my family I went up to a house and there was a person sitting in a chair. I looked in the window and the person jumped up really fast I thought it was a puppet and it scared the candy right out of me. Their porch was really slippery and I went flying off the porch faster than you can say Happy Halloween. After that the people answered the door. They said they were sorry and gave me some candy. I still remember that day and it was six years ago. After that I decided I’m not looking in anyone's window ever again.

Yesterday me and my class dissected a pig. When we got started the science teacher tied the pig to the tray and cut it open with a scalpel. After that he spread the skin apart.

He started showing us the organs. We got to touch them and poke them I learned that a pig heart is very strong and small.

During summer break, me and my mom, my mom's boyfriend, and my two friends were camping in my friend's cabin at Harding Lake. My friends and I went out in the middle the lake in a canoe. So we were just sitting there till my mom's boyfriend came by with the jet ski and tipped the canoe over. We were stuck in the middle of the lake for an hour and a half it was a really cold hour, and that's my story.

My kindergarten buddies were cool. I had a boy and a girl buddy. They liked me a lot. It was really fun reading to my buddies. They had lots of fun reading too. But first I helped them write zeros, ones, and twos. Then I read to them. I had fun with my buddies today.
