It took a long time to build my time machine. After I found all the items it was time to put it all together. The materials were common items. The main item was a box. Besides the box there were little items, some of them were keys from a keyboard, a wooden spoon, sun glasses, a mirror, and of course three pencils. You also had to have a roll of tape.

It was a Friday afternoon. It was sunny out; you could hear all the birds cheeping and all the kids playing. It was a wonderful afternoon and everyone was happy. I was walking around with my friends Rachael, Moriah, Debby, Abby, Taylor, and Katrina. We had just gone bowling and we were going to the movies. We were going every where on that Sunday afternoon.

Rachael wasn't going to come because she lives in Anchorage. But she flew in on Friday night. Her mom and her sister didn't come, just her. So Rachael, Moriah, and I stayed in her hotel room with her. It was really fun.

This morning when I got to school Moriah and I were supposed to go talk to Mr. Doran. We were supposed to talk to him about Relay for Life. We were going to talk to him yesterday but we couldn't find him. So the secretaries told us to come in the morning. So we were walking inside and Mr. Hollister wouldn't let us go in. Thats unfair because the secretaries told us to come in the morning. The next time we can go is lunch. But we might not be able to find him.

The Book I choose is called “The Report Card by Andrew Clements.” In this book there is a girl named Nora. On her report card she got all “D's” except one “C” in spelling. Her friend Stephen was worried about her grades. He kept saying they were the wrong grades.

One of my best friends name is Rachael. I've known Rachael before kindergarten. I call her Ray. I'm not sure why I call her that though. It's just what I call her. But I don't always call her that, only sometimes. She is a really good friend. We liked to hang out a lot. But since she moved we can hang out a lot. But whenever she comes into town or she is going to come into town she calls me. But then we call Moriah. We're the only three that hang out when she comes into town. We hang out with our other friends too but its just mostly Rachael, Morian, and me.

Last Halloween two boys went trick or treating. Their names were Matt and Max. They went trick or treating for 5 hours! They went to every house in their neighborhood. They had to keep going back to their houses to empty their bags because they had so much candy. Halloween was their favorite Holiday ever! They wished there was Halloween every day! But there's not, so when Halloween came every year they went Trick or Treating from 5pm to 10pm.

Last Friday we dissected a fetal pig. We dissected it so we could see how the body system worked. The reason we wanted to see how the body system worked is because we were learning about the brain.

We also dissected a sheep brain. It was cool because we got to see the two sides of the brain and the cerebellum. When the scientists came here the brain was in a jar. But the brain wasn't a big brain because it wasn't a human brain. It was a sheep brain. It was probably about the size of a fist.

Our class lives in Fairbanks, Ak. The population of Fairbanks is about 84,000. The total population of Alaska is 612,400. Fairbanks is kinda big but Anchorage is bigger. Anchorage's population is about 259,000

The Animals we have are Black Bears, Grizzly Bears, Brown Bears . We also have Moose, some foxes, caribou. But those are just the wild animals.

This weekend my best friend Rachael came into town. She lives in Anchorage. It was really fun hanging out with Rachael and Moriah all day long.

Moriah is my other best friend. She lives in Fairbanks and she goes to our school. But she's in Mrs. Hoffman's class. Rachael, Moriah, and I hung out the whole day! First me and Rachael went to a football game. Then we walked to the movies and then to Moriah's house. When we were at Moriah's house we weren't really doing anything. We were just being weird. We took a lot of pictures being weird too.

This summer my best friend moved. Her name was Rachael, she moved to Anchorage. Before she moved we hung out like for three weeks in a row and it was really fun! When we went to the fair we went on the Round Up and Rachael got really dizzy and didn't go on any more rides. She wouldn't go on the Egg Roll because she doesn't like rides that go upside down. Which the Egg Roll isn't even scary, but she still wouldn't go on it.

On our field trip on Thursday was fun. We found out a lot of stuff. One thing was that the higher you go into the hill the smaller the trees get. I think the trees get smaller because it gets colder and it harder for the trees to live. That's just what I think. There wasn't a lot of trees but there was still some but it was mostly bushes.

In the summer time I like to hang out with my friends. I like to go the park with my best friend Rachael. All we pretty much do is hang out and try to see who can make the most shots with the basketball.

My buddy's name was Baylie. When we first started to do the writing exercises she was really shy. But by the time we finished she was talking, laughing, and having fun! We read a book about bears. She said she liked the book. She also told me that she doesn't have a pool in her backyard but she likes to swim. She also has a dog named Willie. She also like to watch Scooby-Doo and Blues Clues. She likes story to be read to her.

Last week we went outside in our school's woods. We went to go get leaves and flowers. The first time we went outside we didn't know what we were looking for. All we practically did was go outside and find some leaves or flowers. But it was fun! Then were were going to write about them a couple days after, but we found out that the leaves have dried out. So we did some research about the leaves and flowers and new accurately what we were going to get and went back outside to find them.
