Yesterday I got a package in the mail. It was from my granny. It was twenty dollars, clothes, a card, Russell Stover chocolates, and exactly what I asked for, a helicopter. I ate three of the chocolate, read the card, put the clothes in my closet, put the money in my secret place, and had my dad set up the helicopter.

The helicopter was all ready to fly. I went outside and flew it. It was tricky to fly, but I kinda got use to it. I flew it for more than a hour. I was just about to land it, but it stuck in the tree! I was so sad. There was no other way to get it, so I had to climb the tree. It wasn't too high in the tree. I climbed it, and climbed. And, I finally got it. When I got inside there was a lot of sap in my hair.

After, I went inside, and called my granny and thanked her for what she bought me.

This story takes place in the fall, well it was really close to winter. One night, I went to see a movie with Syd. To be exact we saw Dolphin Tale. It was an okay movie. After, we went to the gas station and got candy and and stuff like that. Then we got picked up. Once we got home we went to the tree house. We decided to camp out in the tree house. The tree house is in the woods, about fourty feet from Syd's house. We brought like four bags with us of stuff. Things like flashlight, lighter, snacks, and stuff like that.

Soon as we got out there we started to make our fire. It took us about thirty mnutes, neither of us are experencied campers. Well, I camp ALOT but usually my parents do the work and I just play. We had finally got the fire started. We were going to make Spagehtti-O's.

I asked Syd, " Did you grab a pan?"

Syd replied, "Uhh... Oops, I forgot."

I said, "OMG! Syd what were you thinking when you grabbed the food? Why didn't you think of the pan also?"

Syd replied, "We could cook it on rocks!"

I replied, " Fine..."

So we did. The Spagetti-O's kept falling off the rocks into the fire, we gave up and just ate popcorn. After, we went into the tree house and set up the blankets. We hung out, read magazines, gossiped, and played the iPod Touch.

Two hours later, we heard a bang on the tree house wall! We freaked! We called Doug (Syd's brother) and he was sleeping, so it couldnt be him. We finally got the guts to run inside. We didn't see anything. When we got inside we watched "Bridesmaids." Then, it was about seven in the morning when we fell asleep. The next morning we cleaned up the tree house. Even till today we dont know what knocked on the tree house wall. Syd thinks it was a Yeti or Sasquatch.

The last time I went to Anchorage was like two weeks ago. It was fun. My siblings all had to go. We usually don't all go, but we took two cars. I had to ride with my step mom. When we got there, we were all hungry. So we ate at Red Robin. I ordered a steak sandwich.

When we got to the hotel we went swimming. Then we were going to watch TV, but my brother had to play his play station. He played for two hours, so I just went to bed. The next day we went the place I truly hate. "Bouncin' Bears." It is a place where there is a lot of inflatable slides and stuff. Well it is all right.

Then we ate and went to H20asis. That was my favorite part of the trip. After that we went home and did the same thing - swim and watch Colin play games. Well, Sonny and Colin had to watch me and Noah. They went to go eat.

The next day we went to two malls. 5th Avenue Mall and Diamond Mall. We also went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I bot a eye mask and a bunch of soaps. We ate MacDonalds, then went home. It was a kinda fun trip!

Yesterday 2-1-12 me and Charnette went shopping at Walmart. It was so fun, and also funny. We bought goggles, and makeup. We bought more stuff, but when we checked out, it turned out to be 100 dollars, and we only had 70 dollars. We were super shocked! We had to put stuff back. So we only had like two goggles and makeup.

I think we spent the money wrong. We bought 40 dollars of makeup. It was fun because we were messing around. We put a huge bear in our cart and just walked around with it. I look forward to shopping with Charnette again.

Medusa was the daughter of Sthenelus and Nicippe, and a sister of Eurystheus. She was also a Gorgon. Medusa was a a beautiful woman, but she got punished. She got attacked in the temple of Poseidon and Athena. Her gorgeous hair was turned into snakes. She had to power to turn people to stone. One day, Perseus beheaded her.

I really love blueberries. Blueberries are so scrumptious! It looks like a blue beat up beach ball. And the top is like a pointy flower. It tasteds like sweet squash. It hardly has a smell, but it kinda smells like a hint of raspberry. You usually eat it with your fingers. Blueberries are also the best topping for mostly anything. You can also mix it with other berries for a berry good snack!

One time our pipes froze. It was extremely cold. I hated it. So I woke up and I was really cold, so I went into my dad's room and layed in there. I was still cold. My dad woke up and he said our pipes froze. My dad didn't know what to do. This was the first time this happened.

The oven wouldn't work. So we thought we could last it till the repair people came, which was going to be the day after. But we couldn't stand the cold. So we went out to start the car and it wouldn't start. So my dad called my grandma.

When we called I was a little mad because she said, "Oh you poor fella's, I'm just sitting here by the fire eating soup." I thought "Wow you really had to share that?." She said she would pick us up. We went to her house and we standed around her fireplace. We weren't like freezing but the fireplace felt good.

The next day we went home and... The fish were dead! Well some were alive. The water was chunky from the cold, like chunks of ice. My sister started crying. I didn't care. I hate fish. They are boring. It felt good to be home, when we are at my grandma's she treats us like we are one years old. Our house never froze after that. And I don't want it to happen again.

One Time, I was walking the dog. And I heard "Dannniiieellle the BABARACK." I Was totally scared. So I ran inside my house and heard "Daaaniellle the BABARACK." I said, "WHO ARE YOU? I AM CALLING THE POLICE!" Now I was about to cry I was so scared.

Then they replied, "Danielle the BABARACK." I got on the phone and they said, "Dannielle the BABARACK." I started crying. I was about to call the police then, it was all just my brother. He said it all started when I walked the dog. Then it got funny so he wanted to continue. So he followed me in the house. The phone thing, he got on the other line. I was so mad, someday I'm going to shave his head.

I have a cat name Sphinx. He looks cute, but he is very mean. It took him a year to scratch a hole in the wall. Now we can hear him crawling in the wall at night. At first, we didn't know it was him, it scared us really bad to hear something in the wall.

He is very mean, very mean. We don't take him to the pound because nobody will take him, because like I said, he is mean. One time when I tried to feed him he scratched me on my arm.

We named him Sphinx, because he is a Siamese cat that come from Egypt, like the Sphinx. We have two Siamese cats. The reason we have two Siamese cats is because we think they are really cute. But Sphinx was a bad cat, and we wanted a good cat. WE named our Siamese kitten, Figeroe.

Me, Sophia, Jenna, and Destinee are doing a secret Santa. We put the names in a bucket, but we kept getting ourself. So we asked Jaidin to pass them out. And he did. There's nothing really else to say.

In Alaska it gets very cold. In this cold weather it's necessary to wear a neck warmer, snow pants, gloves, hat, winter coat, and boots. There is little ice particles in the air, so when I went sledding down my hill I wore a gas mask.

Last week my sister left her cell-phone in the truck and it froze, and it broke.

On really cold days I like to make hot chocolate. Or I get in a bikini and a arm chair, and act like I'm in a very hot place. If it gets too cold, I sled down the stairs on a boogeyboard. That's what I do in really cold weather.

In Alaska during these cold days, it looks like a white piece of paper. And it smells like that happy snowman Jack frost. It feels cold and mushy. That's what I think of cold weather.

Once again somebody squashed the pumpkins. It was probably the neighbor, who would most likely win an award for being a jerk. I hated Halloween; it was too scary. The boys on my street took their costumes way too scary, which I hated.

As I turned off the song, "Monster Mash" on the radio, I heard DING-DONG. It was a turtle and a bunny. Before they could say trick-or-treat I slammed the door. I thought go "Go buy Candy." All of a sudden I heard a horse trotting. But we lived in the city; there was no horses. I was frightened. Last year my sister told me a "Headless Horseman" story.

Then I heard somebody whisper, "Oh Danielle!" I was so scared. I called the cops. They said they're sick of prank calls, and hung up. I told my mom. She said please quit, she was tired.

I went to bed and then and I woke up wrapped in a spider's web. I started screaming. Then a headless horseman told me to shut up. Then he said we arrived in Spooksville. It made no sense. I studied the map a lot. Never heard that before.

Next thing you know somebody was carrying me. All they said was you will be talking to the king. OUCH!!! SLAP!! They just dropped me on the floor. I had no time to be a wimp, I had to get out. I pulled out my pocket knife and ripped open the web.

I was in a large pumpkin castle. THUMP!!!! THUMPETY!! THUMP!!! There was a big ugly man in a super scary mask. Wait, it wasn't a mask AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Finally the king arrived. He said I better start having a Halloween sprit, or he would turn me into a pumpkin. HE sent me home. Then the next halloween. I .... wore a very scary mask, carved ten pumpkins, threw a Halloween party, and did a lot of Halloween stuff.

One day I came home from a long day of school, and my mom was gone. I thought she was at a meeting. I ate some popcorn, took a nap, and got up. She still wasn't home. I was scared. So I went to Ebay.com and then I got a pink ninja suit. A week later, still no mom. My ninja suit came! I put it on. I was ready to find my mom.

I didn't know where to start, so I went to her work. Her boss said to find my parent guardian or he is going to get security to help me. How can he say that to me if I was wearing a ninja suit?! The cops were at my house; they said my mom didn't pay her bills for two weeks, so I went to my piggy-bank. Only like five bucks, so I ran away.

I lived with a homeless guy for weeks. I finally went to my house to look at it a last time, and then I saw my mom!!! She hugged me and I said where were you? She said, "Vacation." I was mad. She said it was a "Home Alone" movie mistake. After that they made a movie of the accident, "Home Alone; for two weeks".

A Colorado brown bear runs up a power pole, and drops 40 feet, but still survived. It ran up a power pole and was just hanging out, then it got shocked and fell 40 feet!! It still survived though.

It got special treatment, and had to get a fake leg. To make it worse it had cubs. It got medivaced to many hospitals. It was about two days, and they figured out it had cubs.

I was born on April 24th of 2000 at 10:32 p.m. Once in first grade we were driving the snow-machine, I was in the back on a mushing sled that was connected to the snow-machine. I was with my sisters. We were going down-hill. I decided to let my foot drag and it tugged me. I rolled down the hill into a tree. I knocked out. It hurt badly!

In second grade I went to Hawaii; it was AWESOME! We went to Sea World, a huge water park, and a lot more. At Sea World we swam with dolphins and it was really fun, but they got annoying after a while of their sounds. At the water park there was a lot of water rides and it was huge; it was easy to get lost, and of-course I did. After the water park we settled at the hotel, then went to a luau. It was really fun. Except I got Sea Water up my nose; it felt like fire. We are going again in March, but this time we are going with my aunt and her kids.

In fifth grade I went to school in Galena, Alaska it was super fun! The weather wasn’t really great but I drove my grandma’s snow-machine A LOT though. But I had to move back, my mom made me, but I might move back. It was hard to keep track of everything though we had three different classes writing, reading, social studies, and math.

This summer I finally got the guts to jump off the boat, it wasn’t even scary. I also got a water slide with my friend, and we put Wesson Oil on it. I went first I went fully speed down the water slide and went of the edge on to the grass; it was really painful.

Now I’m in my last year of elementary school!!!!!!!!!!!!
