Tennessee

I lived in Tennessee 3 years of my life. I've met some of my best friends there. There a BIG differences between here and there. First of all, in Tennessee it's so humid it feels like you're in a fish tank. Here it's not as humid. Also there it gets to be 100 degrees and here only around 80 to 90 degrees. It also doesn't snow much there. Like here it snows so much it can go over your house!

We lived in a house 20 minutes from town. It took like an hour to get to school from my house so I took a school bus. I was always first on. Anyways, our house was white and the wood was a bit rotted. We had a BIG yard though. We had 2 big trees. One had a swing on it. Our house was so small. My room was about 2 sizes smaller than the room I have now!

Also our house was haunted. Yeah, yeah. I know you're saying "Whatever!" But I was like 4 when I saw a dude on my bed in basketball shorts and curly red hair. And I was not imagining it. My mom saw him too.

We also lived around a corn field and a bean field. One time I was sitting on the porch and a cat came out of the bean field! His ear was half bitten off by something. My mom healed it. After that we gave him food, but he couldn't come inside our house because he might've had fleas. My mom and I went to the store one time, and when we came back the cat was on our porch as stiff as a board and not breathing :( My mom thought she ran him over but that was impossible because he was on the porch and we don't park our car on the porch...

Once there were tornadoes coming to our house so we had to pack some clothes and go to my Aunt Joe's house. Her house was really big and pretty. She had a big kitchen and a living room that was a step lower than anywhere else. Her garden looked like it was enchanted. There were acorns everywhere and lots of pretty flowers. It was very pretty. She also had a crabapple tree, and I would always try and jump to get them.

Those are some of my stories from Tennessee (:

Nyx Goddess of Night

Nyx was the goddess of night. She was born of Air, and breeding with Darkness, producing Light and Day. She spawned dark spirits including Fates, Sleep, Death, Strife and Pain. Nyx was usually presented as the night. Her opposite was Hemera (Day) who scattered the darkness of night. In art, Nyx is usually winged or a charioteer sometimes with a crown of dark mist.

Greek Spelling: Νυξ
Transliteration: Nyx
Translation: Night

Styx Goddess of the Underworld River

Styx was the goddess of the underworld River Styx. She was personified of hatred. She was an alley of Zeus in the Titan Wars, with her children Nike (Victory), Zelos (Rivalry), Bia (Force), and Kratos (Strength). Zeus rewarded her by making her rivers the agent of the binding oath of the gods.

STYX was identified sometimes as Demeter, Eumendies, and Nyx.

Greek Spelling: Στυξ
Transelation: Hatred, Gloomy

Sirius (Seirios) The God of Dog-Star

Sirius was the God of the constellation of Canis Major. This star was believed to bring hot weather in the middle of summer.

Sirius was identified with myth. People say she might have been Maira a daughter of the Titan Atlas, and other people say she/he was Maira the dog of Ikarios, or Kyon Khyrseos the golden-hound of Zeus. She/he may also have been Orthros ("morning twilight") dog of Geryon, the giant of the west. The Dog-Star might also have been associated with the dog goddess, Hekate, daughter of Perses ("the destroyer") or Asteria "the Starry one".

Greek Spelling: Σειριος
Transliteration: Sierios

Life

Live your life the fullest. You don't have any time to do anything else. Be kind to the best people. Don't bother to know the people you don't like. Life isn't about worrying about your appearance (girls), or about who wins the football game (boys). It's about doing what you want. You're free to do anything you want to. You can be anything. A dancer, a writer, a singer, a football player, a hockey player, an actress, anything! You're free to do your heart's content. You could be an astronaut, ballerina, gardener, like I wanted to be when I was younger (: You can be a firefighter, singer, jewler. You can be anything. Remember that.

Yummy Yummy Yummy! (:

This is going to be about ice cream on a waffle. In Philidelphia we had some at an amusement park, covered in syrup. It's so good!

It looks like a snowy hill on a flat plain. It smells like fried bananas. It's best with vanilla ice cream, but I like chocolate, too. It kinda looks like angel food cake. It's really good on a hot day because the cold ice cream cools you down, and when you get too cold you can eat the warm waffle. Its a win win. When you have fried chocolate ice cream on top, it smells a bit like coffee.

And that's what I think about ice cream on a waffle!

My Dad

Now, some of you who don't really know me don't know that my dad is on a TV show called "The Deadliest Catch". Its about people on boats who go crab fishing in Alaska. Its on the Discovery channel. My dad was on 3 boats. "The Time Bandit" first few seasons; "The Wizard" two seasons ago; and "The Kodiak" last and I think this season. He's most famous for The Time Bandit, though. One time he even saved a guy's life! His name is Russell Newberry. If you've seen the show before, you might know that he got fired then rehired, and now we don't know what's going on.

Another thing about my dad, is that he takes me places for a month or two every summer. We always go to Tennessee and New Jersey. I used to live in Tennessee so I get to see a lot of friends and my grandparents live there, so that works out really well. We go to New Jersey because my dad knows a friend there who has a girl my age named Sarah. They have a big, big house and a dog and 3 cats. They also have a big pool, and whenever we visit there we go to an amusement park. Usually Six Flags. In Tennessee I stay at one of my best friends' house. Her name is Kinsley. I've known her 7 years of my life.

Its rea'lly fun going with my dad to many places. Ive been to around 18 or 20 states. Somewhere in there (:

Harry Potter

I'm reading the Harry Potter books, and they are so much better than the movies. The movies help you get a better image, but they leave out a lot, which I can understand because if they used EVERY single detail the movie would be like 8 hours long. They are one of my favorite series of books I've ever read. It really makes me wonder what's going on in the writer's head if she can make up all of this stuff, you know?

The first book was good, and childish, but as you go on it's like seeing these people you don't even know grow up inside your head. When a character dies you feel like you know them so you feel sad. Maybe that's just me? I don't know, but when you get around the 3rd to 4th book, you see that they are not kids anymore. They grow up and do things differently from when they were 11. Or when something good happens you feel all happy.

It's definitely one of my favorite series I've read because you feel like you're meeting all of these people. You get a feel for them.

Even Though

I love to sing even though I can't do it in front of people. I love to draw even though I'm embarrassed of my drawings. I love to dance even if I'm not that good at it. I love to climb trees even though I always get scratched up. I love to swim even though I have big ears and they stick out a lot. I love to play tag even though I'm always it. I love to type even though people say I'm on the computer too much. I love to write even though I would never publish many of my stories. I love to run even though I get made fun of for it.

The point of this is of you love to do something, just do it. No matter what people say. No matter what people do. If it makes YOU happy, then go for it. It doesn't matter what the people around you think. It only matters what you think. (:

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

On Monday was Martin Luther King Jr. Day (MLK day). If you don't know who Martin Luther King is (which you probably do), then I'll tell you. He was a man who had a dream about Blacks and Whites coming together in peace. His speech, "I Have a Dream", was very very popular. Some people didn't agree with him, while others thought he was amazing.

I totally agree with his message. Another person who was very strong about Blacks and Whites coming together was Rosa Parks, the lady who had tried to sit at the front of the bus with the Whites. She spoke out against all these people, just like MLK.

They are really truly inspiring for standing up to these people who were thinking so arrogantly about themselves. Thinking they were better than other people just because of their skin color. It would be like me saying I hated you and your lower than me because you have red hair. Its so stupid! These people are very brave. Martin Luther King stood up to a lot of people. The whole USA! Monday was a day to recognize his greatness.

Bud, Not Buddy

So, we are one chapter away from finishing our book Bud, Not Buddy. Its about this kid named Bud Caldwell whose mom died when he was six. He didn't know where his dad was so he had to go to an orphanage. He sets off to find his dad after being in an aggressive foster home. He has a few flyers of who he thinks is his dad in a band named "The Dusky Devastators". His name was Herman E. Calloway. Bud goes and tries to find him and when he does, Herman is very mean to Bud. But come to find out Herman is his grandfather. It's really amazing how the author twisted everything when Bud was saying he was his dad.

Stormy Weather

In Tennessee we used to get a lot of stormy weather with lightning, thunder, hail, and lots of rain. The hail was like the size of golf balls! Here they're not even as big as marbles. We also had many tornadoes. One was so close to my house that I could see it like right outside my window. We had to turn off all our TVs and sit in the hallway for 20 minutes. At least it didn't come through our house, though, like many other people. The next day after the tornado, there was a path of torn down trees. There was also a lot of burnt ones because of the lightning.

One time, I was going out of the restaurant that my mom worked at, and I got hit in the head with something like a cold ice cube! When I looked up there was a whole bunch of hail coming down hard. It even dented the cars! The only thing we could do about it was wait until the storm was over. We ended up staying until like 9pm. When we took our car to the shop, they fixed it a bit to make it so it wasn't so dented.

Here in Alaska, it gets VERY cold. This whole week (and part of last week) has been around -40 below! Just going outside will make you shiver violently. Yesterday I was going home from school, and I always get picked up, but when I was walking downstairs, I was so cold! I couldn't even feel my legs! But you always have to dress warm in Alaska with sweaters, coats, snow pants, gloves, and so on.

Typing

So, everybody says I'm a really good typer. They always say, "It's because you're on the computer too much!" But, honestly, I'm not. I rarely get on anymore. Yes, there was a time when I was on like 24/7 but not anymore. I guess since I was on so much I memorized the keyboard. People get really annoying though. SO STOP (:

Winter Break(:

So, we just got back from winter break. I wasn't here the last week we got out because I was sick. I heard it was fun though.

On Christmas morning I awoke at 4am! I didn't mean to. It just kind of happened. I went to wake up my mom because I was hungry. She told me to stay in her room until she got back. When she walked into the room at last with some toast. Then when I was done I walked into the living room to find a large trunk that looked as though it were made of black shiny snake skin. Inside of it were a bunch of wrapped presents. Some were unwrapped though, like a clock that had a purple neon light circling it and with a black and white photograph of Marilyn Monroe in the middle. I also got an iPad, a little fridge for my room, and the 3rd Harry Potter book, The Prisoner of Azkaban (I'm gonna need the 6th here pretty soon).

After Christmas was a bit boring considering I spent all my iTunes cards up, and finished my new book. But I did go to Hot Topic and I got a Pokemon shirt with Pikachu on it. I also got some bracelets and a new necklace. I did some "after Christmas shopping".

The biggest thing I did after Christmas though, was that I dyed my hair pink. It took forever though because the woman who did it was on the phone constantly. When she blow-dried my hair, it burned because I had my necklace on and when metal gets hot it burns.

So that's about all I did over Christmas break! :)

New Years Eve (review)

This last weekend I went to a movie called New Years Eve with Destinee. It's about all of these people (5 or 6) who all have somewhere to be, and something to do on New Years Eve. And somehow some of them are related. Just some way. There is a guy (Bon Jovi), who is a famous rock star named "Jenson". He is in love with a girl (forgot her name) who owns a bakery. He left her because he got cold feet about their wedding. Then she is catering for the place he performs at.

There are also 2 fifteen year-olds who want to kiss at midnight, but the girl's mom (Sarah Jessica Parker) won't let her. But the girl sneaks out anyway and sees him kissing someone else. But the girl he was kissing kissed him first.

There is also a guy who on last New Years, he kissed a girl. He went to go and use the bathroom and she was gone. There was a note on the table that said, "If you're still thinking about me next New Years, meet me here." And so he is trying to get to that spot where he met her before midnight. It turns out the mom (Sarah Jessica Parker) was the girl he met last year.

Chewy

I used to have a dog named Chewy because he chewed on EVERYTHING! He was part chihuahua and part poodle. He was a choodle. Anyway, last year my great aunt, Sandy, came to live with us because she had nowhere else to go. She loved our dog! She fed him, potty trained him, and so on. But one day during summer when I was with my dad in Tennessee, she just took of with my dog! Just took him! I honestly don't know why. It made me feel terrible. But now she has alzheimers. It really sucks.

Pizza Hut (review)

So this is about Pizza Hut. It's just MY opinion. That doesn't mean you get to criticize MY opinion because it's not yours. Anyway, I LOVE Pizza Hut's food, but it always makes my stomach hurt really badly. I honestly don't know why. It's strange. Anyway, the only thing there that doesn't hurt my stomach is their bread sticks. Other than that, I really can't eat anything from there. So that was my review on Pizza Hut.

My Cat

My cats name is Cat. I know I was very creative when I was 7. I got him 4 years ago. We tried to name him Slinky, or at least Kitty but he only comes to Cat. He's black and had green eyes.

When I first got him we had a dog named Chewy (but hes gone now... he's not dead. just gone) so we had to put Cat in the bathroom so the dog didn't attack him. All he had was a little toy bird. Now that he's older and we don't have a dog anymore, he can come out. He loves his bird, though. He (and I swear he does this) throws the bird up into the air and one time it got stuck on our ceiling! My mom had to get it down. Like one time I was sitting on our couch and he threw the bird up in the air and it landed on my chest!

And he really really really loves plastic. We made his bed out of cardboard and put plastic in it as the cushion (because he kept laying on plastic that was from a box we got in the mail) and he loves it! I think hes a dumb cat, but I love him anyway.

Secret Santa

Me, Danielle, Jenna and Destinee are doing a Secret Santa. If you don't know what that is then I'll tell you. It's when you get 3 or more people and you each write your names on separate pieces of paper. Then you put the papers in a bucket (or you can give it to someone you trust to hand it to you) and you mix it around. Then you each pick at random. It's going to be fun. I don't know what I'm going to get my person though. It's going to be hard. I can't wait!

Breaking Dawn Pt. 1 Review

A few weeks ago I saw the Twilight saga; Breaking Dawn. I'm going to review it. It was really well put together, and I liked it. But it was pretty bloody. I'm sure most of you have heard of Twilight and or have seen it. Vampires vs. Werewolves, blah, blah, blah. I didn't like the first movie, but as the saga goes on, it gets better.

Anyway, back to the movie. It was kind of disturbingly bloody, and pretty adult, but still a good movie. You know when you see a movie that is messed up, but you really really like it? That's how it was with this. It was a great movie, all in all, though.

So, if you've seen any of the Twilight movies then you know how the actress, Kristen Stewart is. She's always biting her lip or stuttering. It's kind of annoying. I went with Destinee to go see the movie, and we even counted how many times she bit her lip. 27 throughout the whole movie.

Robert Pattinson is also in this movie. His name is Edward. Kristen Stewart's name is Bella. In all of these movies they're dating. But Taylor Lautner (Jacob) also wants to date Bella, so there's a whole fight between Edward and Jacob. But in the end she picks Edward. By the way, what I think is so dumb, is Edward sparkles. Yes. He sparkles.

The plot is that Bella has a baby and I guess the baby's eating her from the inside? Because the baby is a vampire, so she needs blood. So then since the baby needs blood, Bella drinks like a LOT of blood... Its really gross. So she delivers the baby, and Edward's family keeps saying that she won't make it through the delivery. She was dead for about 1 week, and they were planning her funeral and then when she's in her coffin at the end, she opens her eyes and they're red. So that means she's a vampire now.

Yep. That's it. When you go and see, I hope you like it better than I did. It just disturbed me.

5th Avenue Mall

Thanksgiving weekend my dad took me to Anchorage. We went to the 5th Avenue Mall on Saturday. Black Friday was still going on so everything was around 60% off! It was so cool! We went through the whole store, Abercrombie and Fitch, AreoPastel, American Eagle, and a lot more. It was really really fun.

Thanksgiving in Anchorage

So this Thanksgiving, my dad took me to Anchorage. We stayed at his friend, Donald's, house. He has two boys. Jake is in 7th and Austin in 3rd. Their whole family came. At dinner we had turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, green beans, ham, and after we got apple pie. It was all very, very, very good.

Then we played Apples to Apples with the whole family. While we were playing Jake's friend, Bailey, called. His uncle Bill was right by the phone. He picked up and said, "This is Napa... Napa auto parts....... Mhm.. Yeah? Well a 'Jacob' doesn't work here I'm sorry," and he hung up.

We were all trying not to laugh too loud. About and hour or so later he called back. Bill answered the phone.

"Hello this is the Smithsonian.... Yes the one in Washington...... What? Who's Jake?..... Oh, okay," and he handed the phone to Jake.

It was really, really funny because Bill is so boring and he doesn't make anyone laugh. He's pretty cool.

Traveling

So, this blog is about traveling. I travel every year with my dad. My mom and dad are divorced so my mom doesn't go with us. We travel everywhere. I've been to Arizona, Tennessee, Alaska (duh), Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, California, Kentucky, Connecticut, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington; 15 states. Most people I know haven't been out of Alaska, or even their home town! I think it's cool that I can experience things that other people can't. My mom used to live in Guam and they thought she was magic because of her blond hair. It's pretty cool that my family travels.

Weather in Alaska

So today, it is around -30 degrees in Alaska. It's pretty cool how we can survive in such extreme cold temperatures. I used to live in Tennessee, so when I first came up here I was amazed on how cold it got and how much snow there was! In Tennessee it was very rare to get snow. I lived there for 3 years and we only got snow once! So, coming up here was a big difference.

Living in Alaska during winter makes it hard to breathe. It's so cold, it can damage your lungs and freeze them. You need a lot of gear. Like snow pants, a heavy winter coat, warm gloves (hand warmers optional), a hat, a scarf, big boots, and so on.

It's pretty hard to live in Alaska, but I wouldn't be happier anywhere else - mostly because it's really fun to sled. (:

Photobooth

So, today at recess my friends, Destinee and Lousete, and I went to library. Destinee got on a computer (it was the only one that had photo booth). I was on my own computer until I heard Lousete laughing. I went over to Destinee and she was on photo booth. She was making her head BIG and then little. Haha. Then, in the background Taylor (the boy) was standing and he looked so funny! He looked fat hehe. Then we started taking pictures and there were like 26 that we took! It was funny. We were trying to share one chair... I almost fell off. Hehe. Anyways, it was really fun.

About Me

So this is about me, Sophia. Well my name is really Sophie, but for some reason everyone calls me Sophia. By the way, I like Sophie better. Anyways, I like to read a lot, and write.

I love music. I think it's what keeps me motivated.

I'm usually tired, but I cover it up with hyperness :)

I love Chinese food.

You know how most babies are born with a soft spot on their head? Well I didn't have one. Weird right? Anyways, I was born on September 27, but I was supposed to be born on October 6.

My friends mean the world to me. I would die for them. They amaze me everyday.

My favorite TV show is Adventure Time. The most amazing show in the world.

I love to swim, but I don't do it often because I'm embarrassed of my ears (I think they're big).

Climbing trees is really fun. It feels like no one can see me and I can spy on people.

My favorite color is pink. Or purple.

I love gummybears, and gir. I love hello kitty, rainbows, and unicorns.

Hehe I can be girly. I can be a tomboy. It depends on my mood. Anyways, thats me. Hope you enjoyed. (:

Writing

I love love, love to write. Its fun... And I guess I'm good at it. Well, that's what people tell me. I think that's good, because if I didn't like something that I was good at then that would be a waste. People also tell me I'm good at softball, but I really don't like to play softball. And also basketball because of my long legs. But enough about that, this is supposed to be about writing. I like to write short stories. But in 4th grade my teacher, Mr. Keener, pushed me to write more often, so now I write all the time and I enjoy it because people enjoy it as well. I also love to type. Everybody thinks I'm really fast but I beg to differ. Anyways, this is about writing. So I love to write.

Foster

"What are you going to be for Halloween, Drake?" asked Lily, Drake's best friend.

"Eh. I don't know. Halloween is kinda dumb in my opinion. I always get bad vis-" he was cut off by her.

"Yeah yeah. I know about your dumb visions." She sounded annoyed. As if she wanted to know what it felt like to have a vision.

Lily had long, shiny, thin blond hair, and blue eyes. But, sometimes, it seemed as though they were green, and glowing. Drake had shaggy brown hair that covered his eyes. He had bright blue eyes, but you could never tell, because you couldn't see them.

Drake zoned out. He was thinking about how his house was supposedly "haunted". At least, that's what Lily said.

"Hey, Drake. I got to go. I'll see you later, okay?" she said. Drake assumed she had to go to dinner.

"OK. Bye." He said this walking in the direction of his house, not even looking at her.

He heard her run away, with the pitter patter of her feet. They were in 7th grade. 12 years of age. Drake was almost 13. He was the oldest in his whole grade, and she was the youngest. She had just turned 12 last month.

When Drake got home, he went into the living room to find his sister hogging the remote, as always. His sister's name was Jennifer. She was 16, and had long red hair. She dyed it. It was brown, but then black, then blond, and now red. She's saying she wants it brown again. She kind of annoys Drake. Sometimes he comes home, and doesn't even recognize her.

"What's for dinner?" he asked her. He would usually ask his mom, but she died last year after is father left them.

"Thai." She sounded tired the way she said it.

"Do you have enough money for it?"

"Yeah."

He went into the kitchen where the phone was. He liked his kitchen. It had dark purple walls, with white trim. The cabinets were gray, and the appliances were stainless steal. He grabbed the phone, and dialed. Some lady picked up.

He ordered. When it got to their house, he ate really fast. He always sits alone in the kitchen when he eats, because his sister eats out in the living room, and watches TV. Drake was eating, when his cup tipped over. He had found it normal, since it happened every night. This is why Lily think their house is haunted.

He pulled his phone out of his pocket. He has 7 missed calls, all from Lily. He has 3 voice mails. All of them said about the same thing.

"DRAKE!! DRAKE!! Answer your phone!! I think I know something about your house!!! CALL ME BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!"

Drake got rally worried and called her.

"Hello!?" Lily sounded anxious.

"Hi! Its me. What happened???" he was worried.

"I know something... Something not good..." she trailed on.

"You know on Halloween how you get bad visions? About a boy? Well, I know who that boy is!!! His name is Foster. Foster Zane!"

"Really!!?" He was very surprised.

"Yes, really! He died in a fire on Halloween in 1911. He was 12, like us. He died in YOUR house. I guess he haunts you now..."

"Whatever. Here I guess I'll look him up."

He got on his computer and looked up "Foster Zane, Greenland Street California, 1911." What showed up was a boy in a black and white old photo. He had black hair in the photo. Drake assumed it was brown. Right then as he was studying the picture, Foster seemed to... Smile. Originally, the boy had no smile, but just a blank face. He got closer the screen, and the boy moved his mouth... But nothing came out.

By now Drake was so confused. He wanted to scream, but he knew it wouldn't work. Foster appeared as if he were in the room. That's what it felt like anyway. Drake closed out. He called Lily back.

"Hello?" she said.

"He smiled at me!" he sounded panicked.

"What? Who?"

"FOSTER!!" He suddenly got scared.

"Whatever. You're just trying to scare me. By the way, are you going trick or treating tonight or what??"

He suddenly remembered. It was Halloween. He decided to just forget about this Foster kid, and got a white t-shirt that said, "This is my Costume," on it. He wore it every year. He doesn't understand why Lily asks him what he's going to be every year.

After that night, every year on Halloween, he would always see Foster. They would talk through sign language, since when he tried to talk, nothing came out. They became really good friends. Lily and Foster as well. They became a trio. Forever and always. THE END

The Bubblegum

So once upon a time, there was a piece of bubblegum. He lived in a patch of grass. He'd never gone outside of the patch though. Everyone said it was too dangerous.

So one day he decided to leave the safe patch of grass. He was rolling when he saw his best friend, Ant.

"Where are you going, Bubbly?" he asked.

"I've decided to leave my patch of grass." he told Ant.

"Didn't I warn you about going outside the patch?"

"Too bad. I'm going out there and that's final. I'm just too curious," Bubbly said a little firmly.

"Okay, Bub. Have fun. And don't come crying to me when something bad happens to you," he said walking away.

And the bubblegum set off on his adventure.

As soon as he got out of the patch, he saw this big giant thing. He had no idea what it was. He made sure it didn't crush me. It was what looked like a shoe. So he rolled along the sidewalk, until somebody ran over him on their bike! He didn't know what was going on. so he just went along with it. It kind of hurt him, but he didn't mind. He was a tough little piece of bubblegum.

When the bike stopped he hopped off and saw a giant man lock it to a bike rack. He didn't know where he was, but he saw an ant hill with tons of ants coming in and out if it. He decided to ask somebody where he was. So he saw an ant carrying a piece of a chip.

"Um, hi. I'm Bubbly. May I ask you where I am?" he asked.

"Well, Bubbly you are in Ant Colony's. I'm the leader of our military here at this hill, so you'd best leave before I get the soldiers!!" he almost yelled saying that to Bubbly.

"Oh I'm so sorry. Is it alright if I have some of your chip? I'm starving!" Bub said while his stomach growled at him wanting food.

"No! Its for my ants." and he ran off.

Bub felt bad that he had been intruding. He started to walk towards the bike he just hopped off of, when it started raining. He felt like he should have listened to Ant. Ant was usually right about things like this. He started moping down the street. He had no where to go. He just wanted to be in his grass patch again. Then, a car came and he got stuck on the wheel of the car.

"Not again!" he thought out loud.

When the car stopped he kind of fell off of the wheel because he wasn't as sticky for it was raining. He realized where he was! He was at Ant's hill!! He rolled as fast as he could to the hill. He found Ant in her room. She was the queen ant. Anyway, Ant said that she would walk him home. After that Bubbly never ever left his patch again!
